Six infamous black gang-members of the '666-gang' (a.k.a. 'Born To Kill gang") admit to hacking to death Gordon and Lorraine Adam, founders of the Bethulie Christian Fellowship, while asleep in their Bethulie home: -- ========================= MURDERED FOR THEIR FAITH (AFRIKAANS news report VIDEO: "VERMOOR VIR HULLE GELOOF" (Volksblad daily newspaper)) -- COPY AND PASTE VIDEO LINK IN YOUR BROWSER TO WATCH THIS VIDEO INTERVIEW WITH MEMBERS OF THE BORN TO KILL GANG outside Bethulie magistrate's court: -- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SDQyQzgAa38&feature=player_embedded ========================== Feb 11 2014 It is widely believed amongst the local Christian community and crime-experts (see video report interviews with gang members of the Born to Kill gang -- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SDQyQzgAa38&feature=player_embedded ) that the black killers who were sentenced to 19 years in prison on February 11 2014 in the Free State High Court, had murdered the deeply-religious Afrikaner couple in revenge: they had snuck into the sleeping couple's home and hacked them to death without stealing anything from the Adam home. They then fled in the couple's bakkie. There had been death-threats against the Christian couple because the local gang running the prison objected to Gordon Adam visiting the jail each Thursday-afternoon for pastoral duties and helping several gang-members turn away from a life of crime. However none of this evidence was introduced at the trial: the men pleaded guilty and were rapidly sentenced. Gordon and Lorraine Adam, founders of the Bethulie Christian Fellowship, had received threats from the local gang leaders who run local prison - they allegedly objected to Gordon visiting the local jail each Thursday-afternoon to perform pastoral duties and try to turn the inmates away from crime. Loraine was a well-known local English teacher, reported Volksblad Afrikaans daily at the time of their murder. On February 11 2014, the six arrested gang members pleaded guilty in the Free State High Court to hacking the couple to death in their sleep, it was announced by a spokesman of the National Prosecuting Authority. The men were rapidly sentenced to 10 years each for "housebreaking with aggravating circumstances and 19 years each for murder", said spokesman Phaladi Shuping. The maximum sentence they will have to serve for their cowardly act was no more than 19 years as the sentences always run concurrently in South Africa. Tshepo Ramahlama, 19, Sphiwe Sakman, 19, Paseka Snyman, 18 and three minors aged between 15 and 17 years were arrested last year February shortly after the murder. “The accused broke down the kitchen door of the couple’s house to gain entry. They found them sleeping in their bedroom where they all hacked them with pangas and stabbed them with knives ,” Mncube said. He added that the gang had stolen the couple 's bakkie to get away with and 'had later sold it. ' There was no indication that anything else of value was stolen during the frantic murder, carried out by each gang member hacking the couple to death with pangas and knives. The forensic evidence shows that the couple were stabbed to death with what is being described as 'large knives' but are in fact pangas on January 30 2013. It is believed by local crime-experts that there was a 'revenge motive' - a local crime gang was opposed to Gordon visiting the local jail each Thursday-afternoon to perform pastoral duties such as bible-studies with the prisoners. Loraine was a well-known local English teacher. Volksblad reports: Six black males in Bethulie court for double-murder of elderly Afrikaners Gordon 78 and Lorraine Adams 63, February 2013: the couple were the founders of the Bethulie Christian Fellowship. ------------------------------------ Aug 14 2013 - Two 18-year-olds, Thsepo Ramatlama and Sphiwe Sakman, and six 'minors', all black males, were remanded in Bethulie magistrate's court on August 13 2013 after their recent arrest by the local SAPS. The elderly religious Afrikaner couple were hacked to death in their sleep with pangas (machetes. The forensic evidence was that they had been asleep. The couple's 'bakkie' was used as an escape vehicle. It was later found abandoned however the documents show that they are still being charged for 'car theft' as well. ----------------------- Beeld newspaper which reported the arrest, failed to write that Gordon en Ashley were founder-members of the local Bethulie Family Fellowship. Gordon visited the local jail each Thursday-afternoon to perform pastoral duties such as bible-studies with the prisoners. The couple also were regular visitors to the old-age home, 'tending to their religious needs'. -------------- The six blacks have not yet been asked to plead, pending their bail applications, to charges of double-murder, housebreaking and 'car theft'. It is expected that the case will move to a higher court for the actual trial. http://www.beeld.com/nuus/2013-08-14-ses-in-hof-oor-moord-op-bethulie-egpaar ---------------------- Elderly couple Gordon and Lorraine Adam murdered in Bethulie, Free State Sat 9 February 2013 -- Leanne Nel writes: "The Free State police are searching for an unknown number of suspects who attacked the elderly Adam couple in their home in the small town of Bethulie.
