Culpible homicide: Louandrie Cilliers 20, Pretoria Technikon student dead after black hit-and-run driver in a bakkie -0 driving at high speed - ran 4-way stop.
Feb 20 2014 It was reported that the unnamed black driver drove so fast that her car rolled 50 metres.
The culpible-homicide incident took place on 18 February 2015 while the girl was driving to the Technikon. The black driver did not stop but
kept driving. Chrissie Harmse wrote that Loandrie died from a brain injury in a coma. Her sister Larochelle is 'taking it very hard".
When the black driver was pulled over and stopped, he declared that he 'didn't know it was a stop-sign' . There's no explanation as to why he didn't stop
