A man was pulled from his car by a large group of black men as he drove up to a garage in Elsies' River, Cape Town. He tried to flee by backing up, but already injured, he's pulled from the car, dragged to the ground, and robbed as he lays dying. He is in agony as the one gang drives away - then another few people walk over and search him again while he's dying. It's not known what the man's name is, nor whether he actually died.

In this CCTV footage a car pulls out of a parking spot at a garage.
When the driver is confronted by a group of men, a struggle ensues and the driver is shot and pulled out of the car.
As he lay on the ground he is robbed of his personal possessions.
