Since July 1 2009 up to August 10 2013, some 1,005 hatecrimes were logged against whites, 18 against coloureds. Since July 2009 Farmitracker has also logged 568 incidents of dehumanisation (including hatespeech, mutilation of body parts, rape and torture); also since July 2009, a total of 76 white refugee camps were recorded, and 37 farm-invasions were logged, and 200 incidents involving organized crime syndicates and 36 incidents of human trafficking.
Over the six weeks from July 1 2013 up to and including August 9 2013, a total of 160 hatecrime-incidents were logged against people of all races. One specifically horrific incident was the mob-killing of Mr Blaauw in Saldanha by a mob of black males who hacked him to death with machetes, shouting: "When Mandela Dies You Will All be Killed'.
