Desperately ill woman’s pleas for help fell on deaf ears NURSES at Livingstone Hospital in Port Elizabeth allegedly left a desperately ill woman to lie in a bed soaked in her own urine and blood for two days, despite her pleas for help. This is contained in a five-page sworn statement written by Dorothy Reber, 63, of North End. “I have never experienced so much hatred from people in my life,” she said. The hospital staff also allegedly mocked and refused to bath Reber, who volunteers at an animal charity shop in Walmer. “I was at their mercy and I reckon in prison I would have received better treatment than I had from the staff at Livingstone Hospital.” Today, she is at home but has to return to the hospital frequently for consultations and medicine. http://www.heraldlive.co.za/livingstone-nightmare-recalled/

The allegations related to serious mismanagement regarding corporate governance and management issues. Joemat-Pettersson, noting the important role played by the two institutions in the nuclear sector, believed the concerns raised with her should be addressed and resolved."If left unattended, they may adversely impact on the effectiveness of the Board in overseeing and guiding Necsa and NRWDI operations," Visser said."The task team will investigate and report back to the minister on all matters of concern." Task team members would include officials from the department, the mineral resources department, the international relations & co-operation department, and the National Energy Regulator of South Africa."The boards of both institutions have been requested to co-operate with the task-team to carry out its work efficiently and effectively," said Visser."The task team is expected to conclude its investigation and submit a report to the minister of energy on or before March 31, 2015." -Sapa http://www.thenewage.co.za/152303-1007-53-JoematPettersson_appoints_task_teams http://www.radwaste.co.za/vaalputs%20information%20pamflet.pdf

Survives attack by unknown black male: primary pupil Divan Erasmus, 11, enroute to school 10 Feb Kenmare, Krugersdorp Krugersdorp: Mother: "No point in reporting to the police...' When the News went to visit Divan Erasmus, 11, after an attempted attack on him on his way home from school, we were pleased to find that he kept on smiling. On 10 February at around 2.20pm an unknown suspect, described as an older looking black male in a beige overall chased Divan around a block, twice, with a knife in his hand. “On my way home I noticed someone following me. He pulled out a knife and started to run towards me,” Divan recalled. “I immediately dropped my school bag and started to run.” Divan outran the suspect and hid behind a large bush. He said the suspect looked around for a moment, then walked away in the opposite direction. Then the boy entered his home a mere 50 metres away. Divan’s mother Beunita Erasmus remembers her son entering their home, out of breath and covered in perspiration. “I blanked out, I could not process anything,” she said. The suspect did not take the school bag with Divan’s tablet. Beunita believes he was after a cellphone. “He does not even have a cellphone,” explained Beunita. On that particular afternoon Divan’s grandmother was the first to become concerned about his not being home from school yet. However, Beunita reassured her that he most probably was doing homework at school. “I nevertheless decided to go and look for him and found him entering the front gate as I went outside,” she said. Beunita emphasised that the community, especially in Kenmare, should wake up to the reality that nowhere is safe and everyone should be on their guard. “My husband reminds me that one can not live in fear, but I can’t help looking over my shoulder more often,” Beunita admitted. Laerskool Kenmare was made aware of the incident and instructed the Elect Protect Response (EPR) security company to patrol the school and surrounds in the afternoons. Beunita said she neither informed the police nor opened a case as she saw no point in it. She at least trusts the Community Policing Forum (CPF) Sector 8 to ensure their safety. “It goes without saying that my son is not walking home any time soon.” https://www.facebook.com/boerekrisisaksie/photos/a.178568022169751.48293.116298045063416/1093099390716605/?type=1&theater

Dead: Mr Coenraad Janse van Rensburg, culpible homicide (medical negligence) died of toxic poisoning: staff ignoring warnings of his penicilline allergy

Culpible homicide (negligence) death due to toxic reaction to peniciline allergy which family warned about but which was repeatedly ignored by hospital staff: Feb 21 20 15 - Coenraad Janse van Rensburg, 'Middelburg Hospital killed our dad', say his daughters - reported by Middelburg newspaper who has the entire medical record in its possession of how Mr Janse van Rensburg was medicated to death. Report by Gerhard Rheeder 19 February 2015 The patient's daughters Stephanie Lottering and Belinda Janse van Rensburg said their father died in agony from toxic reactions to penicilline which the hospital had been repeatedly warned about. He was admitted to a chronic lung-ailment yet despite very clear instructions on his patient dossiers that he was NOT allowed to be treated with iodine or with penicilline because of allergic reactions, he was medicated repeatedly with penicilline-containing antibiotics before he died of Stevens-Johnson syndrome, which is a deadly skin disease leading to the skin-cells dying off and seperating the epidermic from the dermis. It is a very painful way to die. And it's caused by toxic reactions to penicilline. His hands, feet, legs and pelvis were covered in blisters and skin-infections. Stephanie said when he was discharged from this hospital in July 2014 and provided with medication by the hospital staff, his problems started. "Throughout this time until he died, penicilline-containing antibiotics were prescribed for him and one morning when we visited him his legs were so red it looked as if they had been burned. On 15 January before sunrise she rushed her dad to hospital where a nurse made the diagnoses of Stevens-Johnson syndrome - and this was also registered as such by the medical doctors who treated him. Yet the hospital did NOT provide him with the yellow armband required to warn staff that he suffered from penicilline allergies. He was admitted at once. | Every time I admitted my dad to that hospital I made a point of it to make very clear notitions on his medical dossier and forms that he was allergic for penicilline, said daughter Stephanie. And every time she visited him she noticed an 'Augmentin' drug being administered to him through a drip - I warned Dr Dlamini that my dad was not allowed to receive Augmentin or anything else with penicilline but she merely told me 'that's all we have and he is being monitored...' This excuse was also presented by staffers after Stephanie presented her father's dossier to student-doctors, she said. “Dr. Dlamini initially claimed I could not prove anything because 'there's nothing in my dad's dossier about it, and got angry, clicked her tongue when I proved that she was wrong.' The entire file is in the possession of The Observer of Middelburg's up to seven days before his death and it's confirmed that his allergies were indicated very frequently - in fact that same Dr Dlamini also wrote her own diagnoses of 'serious Stevens-Johnson syndrome'... Their lawyer Danie Koekemoer said he is 'speechless: those doctors clearly don't care about the patients and this is blatant malpractice and death through negligence'. Charges are being lodges against the government health department. The former chief of staff at the hospital Dr Phelmon Lethlako who left the job two weeks ago, claimed that 'if Mr Janse van Rensburg had been allergic to peniciline, his anaphylactic shock-reaction would have led to his immediate death upon administering the medicine.' He referred the Observer to the new chief of staff Pat Masibuko who referred the newspaper to the head of the medical staff Dr Ntuli, who referred to the Health Department. The sisters said it's strange that he died so quickly and for the hospital now to shift the blame to others. https://www.facebook.com/boerekrisisaksie/posts/1093053560721188

Neglect of white patients Carina Visagie 19 and Fanie Olivier 58 at Pelonomi Hospital, Bloemfontein: Carina Visagie 19, hospital refused to give permission for surgery on her broken back: Fanie Olivier, suffers septic leg after January 2014 surgery ’Neglect of white patients at Pelonomi Hospital, Bloemfontein: --- Carina Visagie 19, hospital refused to give permission for surgery on her broken back: -- Fanie Olivier, suffers septic leg after January 2014 surgery A day which should have given hope for a 19-year-old woman, Carina Visagie whose back was broken in a car crash five weeks ago, turned into a ten-hour waiting nightmare at Pelonomi Hospital In Bloemfontein, reports Volksblad daily. Hospital management didn't provide her surgeon with permission to operate there - and the surgeon didn't feel it was safe to operate the frail patient on a wobbly theatre-bed - and the narcotics-technician said the machine leaked. Ms Visagie had to wait helplesslessly for ten hours while she was 'prepared for surgery' and waited another two outside the operating theatre, needlessly. Doctors believe her chance of walking again is about one percent. "I have already been in this devastating heat in Pelonomi hospital. One doctor told me that my T6 and T7 vertebrae are cracked so badly that they will not regrow by themselves. Visagie's surgery now is scheduled for Tuesday. Fanie Olivier, 58 was involved in an accident on 5 October 2013 and metal pins were inserted in his left-leg at the Pelonomi hospital that same day. He was discharged a week later. A month later he was back with a badly swollen leg. In January 2014 he again had to be taken to Pelonomi hospital but they said his 'leg is mending well - however two months later it was discovered that the screws keeping the pins in his leg together were broken. And then he was back and forth to Pelonomi while he was scheduled and re-scheduled for admission to treat the problem. Excuses were that 'the bed was broken, or the equipment was broken.' On 6 November 2014 he was admitted, and again on 2 february 2015. "Now the leg is terribly painful and septic. I can no longer look after my family, he said.' https://www.facebook.com/boerekrisisaksie/photos/pcb.1093040954055782/1093040667389144/?type=1&theater

White students injured, get head wounds from black brick-throwers: Cape Pensinsula University of Technology"Car windows were smashed and a group of white students were injured, suffering from head wounds caused by the heavy projectiles.CPUT at standstill February 20 2015 Cape Town - Student leaders at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology (CPUT) have initiated “a state of emergency” and called for classes to be cancelled after a violent clash at the Bellville campus’s gates on Thursday. The deputy president of the Student Representative Council (SRC) has warned that protests will continue, which have so far seen bricks being thrown, cars damaged and students injured, until demands for “fairer policies on registration fees” were agreed to by management. CPUT officials said they would respond in due course. Lecturers and students were were prevented from leaving on Thursday afternoon by another group of students milling around the Bellville campus’s front entrance. SRC deputy president Vuyani Moerane said the 300 students at the gates had arrived with the organisation’s leaders to discuss their memorandum with Vice-Chancellor Prins Nevhutalu. As the executive members sat down with the university’s management, the students had gone to sit in the shade at the entrance. Staff at CPUT said it was 4pm and most lecturers and students were leaving campus. When they reached the gates, the waiting students caused traffic to grind to a halt. Moerane said a few students leaving the Department of Mechanical Engineering became frustrated. Staff said there were arguments as the students at the gate refused to budge. And then a fight broke out. Witnesses said that the black students at the gates had already armed themselves with bricks and stones even before security intervened. Their intentions were clear: Moerane said however the black students were 'merely retaliating, throwing bricks and stones at the (white) people trying to leave.” Car windows were smashed and a group of white students were injured, suffering from head wounds caused by the heavy projectiles. Witnesses said the students at the gates had already armed themselves with bricks and stones before security had even intervened. Public order police were called in to disperse the angry crowd with stun grenades. At the time of going to print, police could not confirm if any arrests had been made. The violent clash was the latest chapter in a long-running feud between students and the university’s management over its registration fees. Protests began last week and escalated on Monday, when two students were arrested after stoning buildings on the Bellville campus. Moerane said they had become frustrated after the vice-chancellor repeatedly snubbed the SRC’s leadership’s requests to sit down and discuss their memorandum. The SRC is calling for fairer “registration policies” accusing the university of excluding students who had rung up debt during their studies and were now unable to complete their degrees. At the time of going to print, the university’s spokesman Thami Nkwanyane had not yet responded to these allegations. Moerane said he is now calling on all students to stay away from classes until the SRC’s issues have been resolved. “This is a state of emergency.” This is not the first time that protests have brought the university to a standstill. In 2011 protesting students disrupted lectures and exams calling for the then Vice Chancellor’s resignation.

Flashback to February 2014 - Was anyone ever arrested for well-known, empoverished Afrikaner car-guard Mrs Hannetjie Ellis of Middelburg Mpumalanga? She was nicknamed "Aunt Speedy the Carguard. It's not known if the SAPS was even investigating this as a culpible homicide nor whether any inquest into her hit-and-run death will be or had been held, nor whether the driver of the Audi has been arrested. - On CCTV video it can be clearly seen how the frail Afrikaner woman pays for a can of petrol and walks away - it would be the last can of petrol she'd ever buy. Minutes later she was run dwn by an Audi in nearby Walter Sisulu Street opposite the pick and pay supermarket (this was not seen on the video). She died of her injuries a day later. The fuel-pump attendants at Shell H&S were shocked when they heard of her homicide. "I remember her counting out her change for the petrol, said Joseph Komane, supervisor. Shortly thereafter they saw the ambulance go past but didn't know it was ' for the friendly lady'. She frequently stopped there after she finished her daily stint at the nearby corner of Tambo Street. It can be seen on the video that she purchased the petrol just before 2pm and walks away. Her son Koos confirmed that she was taken to the Middelburg Hospital with broken ribs and a cut on her arm. She was discharged on Saturday and died the next day. Her other son Coenie said his mother was taken to their other brother Johan's farm along the Loskopdam Road - where she died. Mrs Ellis was locally known as 'Aunt Speedy the Carguard' because of the rapid way in which she was always walking around the car-park. Most Middelburg motorists knew her - also because of a 2012 story about the dramatic way in which she and her long-lost daughter, Santie Olckers, were reunited after 19 years of seperation: Santie had been taken away from her by a welfare agency when her only daughter was only six years old. The Middelburg Observer said 'Aunt Speedy' frequently popped in at their office to tell stories. She is survived by her children Louwtjie, Coenie, Koos, Johan and Santie. http://www.looklocal.co.za/looklocal/content/en/middelburg/middelburg-news-crime?oid=8102989&sn=Detail&pid=4979902&Audi-jaag-weg

Update bail application February 21 2015 - Bloemfontein High Court: Swanepoel farm couple of Bainsvlei tortured for hours; wife Rienie 70 gangraped by each of the three accused males. identified as Motsaimai Jacobus Bitterbos, 25, Fana Hendrik Thshudi 19 and Jackie Louw, 19. When the elderly couple were executed after hours of torture and rape, 'it looked like a target-practice', police testimony revealed at the Bloemfontein High court. This was the evidence submitted to magistrate R.J. Lawrence by the State to deny the three suspects bail. Only one of three continued the bail application - Ntshudi and Louw had dropped theirs at the last minute. They are suspected appear on rape, murder, housebreaking and theft. Investigating warrant-officer Kobus Coetzee testified that the three suspects told him a day after the double-murder that they had shot Toon Swanepoel in a leg 'to keep him under control because he wanted to fight back'. They took the Afrikaner couple to a bedroom and tied them up on a single-bed - where they took turns raping Rienie in front of her injured husband. They drove off briefly too hide their loot away from the farm, and then returned with the intention to continue torturing the couple. Coetzee testified that the three suspects had informed him that they had forced the Swanepoel couple into their bakkie to take them about 3km from their homestead to a wooded area on the farm Waaikraal. They had Toon dead first. And then they took Rienie from the bakkie, placed her on top of her husband's body - and shot her dead too."It appeared as if they were doing target-practice on the couple,' the police officer testified. The following day, the three accused men also pointed out the area where they had left behind the bodies of the tortured couple. When arrested, Bitterbos was carrying the legally-registered firearm which was owned by the Swanepoel couple. His defence counsel Kerapetswe Kgosimang argued that "Bitterbos didn't necessary commit the crimes just because he was arrested while driving the couple's bakkie or carried a weapon belonging to the murder victims'. Magistrate Lawrence will rule on Friday whether Bitterbos' bail application was successful. The three males remain in custody. http://www.netwerk24.com/nuus/2015-02-20-vrou-voor-man-deur-3-verkrag ============== Update: 20 January 2015 South Africa Today reports: "Robber: eats biscuits while his comrade executes the tied-up Afrikaner couple like dogs -- *The news media refers the killers as 'robbers' but very little of value was 'robbed'... ---------------------------- January 19, 2015 Robber eats biscuits while accomplice executes couple The Swanepoel couple of Bainsvlei, Bloemfontein was shot on top of each othert: First Toon (72) and then his wife Rienie (70). The couple, who were very close to each other, was entangled together at their death. Their bodies were covered with thorn bushes. A robber stood and ate Rienie’s biscuits while he watched his accomplice shoot the couple in the head. They had been tied together and he shot them one at a time. Shortly after their bodies were pointed out in an old braai one of the three alleged killers wanted to know if he can be released on bail of R100. “I got work at a neighbor. I have to start tomorrow” he said. None of the three showed any sign of remorse or cared about the murders. The couple was described as “beloved and friendly” people who cared for all people. Boys from the area regularly went to her home for help and said, “Grandma, we want biscuits!” Toon as owner of Hamilton panel beaters bought a car for his black partner, Tammy to drive to Brandfort. The Swanepoel murder is the seventh double farm murder in the region since 2010. These murders are almost the same as the double farm murder in September 2012 when Johan Fourie (71) and his wife, Cecile (72) died on their farm outside Trompsburg. Like the Fourie’s the Swanepoel couple was attacked in their farmhouse shortly after they attended the morning service on Sunday in the NG Church Waterbron. http://southafricatoday.net/south-africa-news/robber-eats-biscuits-while-accomplice-executes-couple/ =========================== Update: New magistrate has hands full with Bainsvlei community anger at appearance of 3 black murder-suspects of Swanepoel couple Wed, 14 January 2015 During the first remand appearance of the three murder-suspects of the cruelly-tortured Afrikaner couple Toon and Rienie Swanepoel, a tense atmosphere prevailed in Court 19 at the Bloemfontein Magistrate's Court. Verbal rows broke out between court-orderlies, the police and members of the family before the case was even called. Chaos broke out when the news media also were physically barred from taking any pictures of the suspects - even though there had not been any identity-parade and it was not an issue. Appearing were Fana Hendrik Mtshudi (19), Motsamai BItterbos (25) and Jackie Louw (19). They were ordered to return to the same court on 21 January 2015 for a bail application. Mtshudi reportedly had a previous housebreaking-case against him, but Bitterbos and Louw had a clear crime record, the court was told. All three suspects 'appeared frightened and sat with their heads down in the bench while members of the family and friends of the murdered couple snarled insults at them. The State prosecutor said they want 'a very thorough investigation into the history of each of the three suspects. Shouting broke out at this comment just seconds before magistrate R J Lawrence walked into the courtroom. Lawrence had just arrived from the East Cape in the Free State and was still doing observation-work at the courtroom before he took the Bench. One member of the Swanepoel family completely lost his cool and started using 'salty language' and threatening to kill them when the three suspects were accompanied back to the court- cells below. A friend intervened when the police moved in and asked them to 'overlook his comments because it was his family which was murdered'. http://www.facebook.com/boerekrisisaksie PAGE GRAB ATTACHED --------- Update: Tight-knit Afrikaner couple Toon 73 and Rienie Swanepoel 70 were tied up together and killed one on top of the other by sadistic black attackers at their Bainsvlei, Free State farm - three black males appear in Bloemfontein magistrate's court on 21 January 2015 to apply for bail. http://www.netwerk24.com/nuus/2015-01-14-hegte-egpaar-bo-op-mekaar-geskiet three black males in Bloemfontein magistrate's court for murders of Toon 70 and Rienie Swanepoel 72, will apply for bail on 21 January 2015. In an exclusive interview with Weekend Argus, John Hilton, 74, who claims to have been a confidant of skipper Dmitri Sarenok, detailed what happened in the months and days before and after Sarenok’s tenant, Jurgen Rombouts, 26, was gunned down on April 25 2014. -- This includes a car chase, interim protection orders, video footage and the Russian skipper’s movements. Hilton believes he can shed some light on the murder and the Russian’s subsequent disappearance. Hilton believes that after the killing Sarenok staged his own suicide on a boat that days later washed up on Glencairn beach and that he is in hiding and may resurface. “It’s unfinished business. It’s the Russian way,” Hilton said. Rombouts had been renting a house in the Strand from Sarenok and was shot dead outside this home. A gunman in a Nissan Sani rammed his vehicle into Rombout’s BMW. Both men got out of their cars and Rombouts was shot. The perpetrator then sped away. In a nearby street he jumped out of his car and set it alight. Hilton said Sarenok appointed him to take care of his affairs when he was out the country. He then became embroiled in an ongoing row with Sarenok’s tenant, Rombouts, who together with his girlfriend had moved into Sarenok’s Strand house in June 2013, while Sarenok was at sea. The authorities were contacted on several occasions. Hilton said he believed a professional hit man had been hired to kill Rombouts. Sarenok’s belongings, worth thousands of rands, including a crossbow, pellet gun, leather jackets and a model ship, were locked in the house’s third bedroom. Hilton said he repeatedly tried to get into the house to see if all was in order, but Rombouts had refused him entry. This had led to a spat between the two and each applying for a protection order against the other. In interim protection order documents against Hilton, Rombouts said a boat on the property belonged to Sarenok and that Hilton had needed to occasionally start it. He and his girlfriend did not mind, as long as Hilton let them know beforehand. But the documents said Hilton was later repeatedly caught “sneaking around the house for unknown reasons”. In the document Rombouts said he reported Hilton to the police and had received a fake eviction notice. Rombouts and his girlfriend had decided to look for a new house to rent. During the interview, Hilton said he had been worried about the state of Sarenok’s home and that was why he wanted to inspect it. Sarenok later returned to Cape Town and on February 10 2014 met Hilton at a local store. Hilton said he gave Sarenok the keys to the house then left and later returned. He parked near the store and got out to purchase a newspaper. “Rombouts comes driving up in his BMW. I walk back (to my car) and he almost mows me down. “I got in my car and he chased after me,” Hilton said. He claimed that Rombouts followed him to a nearby informal area and started taking video footage of him and provided Weekend Argus with video footage, apparently taken by Rombouts. A man’s voice on the video can be heard saying: “Police is coming for him. They coming for him.” But in a subsequent statement on the incident, Rombouts had told the police he had discovered Hilton in his yard and Hilton threatened “to kill my wife and then me”. There is also video footage of another incident taken by Hilton’s son outside the house with Rombouts approaching Hilton. A police van arrives shortly afterwards and Rombouts can be heard telling officers “this is the guy… that is trespassing on my property, alright, and that just keeps on being a hassle”. At one point, Rombouts can be heard saying: “I’ll f**k you up in front of the police with that.” This week Hilton said the day he heard that Rombouts was dead he received an SMS at “7.35am from Dmitri. It just said ‘goodbye’”. Sarenok then left the harbour in Gordon’s Bay in a ski boat which washed up on Glencairn beach days later. Ammunition for a pistol and liquor were found on aboard and the keys were still in the ignition. Hilton said before Rombouts’s murder, Sarenok had said something cryptic : “Wait till I’m gone before you do anything.” He said this implied Sarenok had been planning to disappear. Last year police said the murder case remained unsolved. They did not respond to a query this week. Second Dutch political party asks questions about discriminatory laws against whites by South Africa

After Dutch MP Martin Bosma asked many questions in the Lower House of parliament this past year - (he is even writing a book about the growing discrimination against whites in South Africa and summarised that at least 110 laws were drawn up to ban white South Africans from all means of making a living for themselves and plunging them into dire poverty and homelessness) - a second political party MP now has also started asking similar questions, in the run-up to the Dutch Provincial State elections in March. Following are the written questions submitted to the Foreign Affairs Minister of The Netherlands by Han Van Broeke, a leading MP of the liberal VVD, (23 February 2015) ENGLISH TRANSLATION ATTACHED ON PAGE GRAB http://hantenbroeke.nl/index.php/tweede-kamerr/schriftelijke-vragen/2752-vragen-over-over-politieke-ontwikkelingen-in-zuid-afrika ===================== Questions in Dutch (See English translations attached with our pagegrab translation) Han ten Broeke: " Vragen over over politieke ontwikkelingen in Zuid-Afrika 23 februari 2015 Schriftelijke vragen van het lid Ten Broeke (VVD) aan de minister van Buitenlandse Zaken over politieke ontwikkelingen in Zuid-Afrika (ingediend 23 februari 2015). These are draconian measures which act against minorities. For instance the law named Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment Act, passed in 2003, allows the government to punish Afrikaner-owned companies by its rule that they promote the ultimate 100% black ownership of company and install 'quotas for the number of blacks' on the shop floors of Afrikaner owned companies. This racist quota is only one of the many measures which the regime has launched against Afrikaners. Another law allows the government to intervene against job-provider companies ('arbeidsburos') which put Afrikaners to work. The corruption by the ANC regime strikes many people economically in the rainbow state. During apartheid, the life expectancy of all ethnic groups averaged 62 years in 1990 - now this has dropped to 56. These statistics aren't thumb-sucks: they were drawn up by state-statistics and cannot be seen in a seperate light from the enormous increase of violent criminality since the ANC took over hegemony of South Africa. Many of the ethnic groups in South Africa are forced to discard their own ethnic-identities and forced into a black-ruled regimen prescribed by the black ruling majority party, the ANC. This deliberately suppression of the great many South African ethnic languages to forge a fake single 'South African identity dominated by the ruling black majority is an example of this.' Despite the Freedom Charter on which South African hegemony is now based, the government claims that it does not have the right to excert authority over every group without their own permission and that these groups must all enjoy ' equal status'. The Freedom Charter refers to 'all South African ethnic groups' without making any difference between 'white' or 'black'. It's interesting to know that the Freedom Charter is a statement which the ANC is proud of and uses frequently in its claims that this is one of the basic core-principles which has formed their ruling party. However it appears from the current developments that the ANC is 'selective' about interpretation of the Freedom Charter and does NOT apply it to Afrikaners. The ruling party also pulls its ancient discussion from the closet where even the right to exist in South Africa is being denied to the Afrikaners - even though the previous president stated that 'South Africans are truly South African when they have no second home'. According to these words the founder of the South African 'colony' would not be a South African 'because Jan van Riebeeck used the cape of good-hope as a provisioning post for passing VOC ships. However the current-day Afrikaner descendants of that VOC post are truly South Africans who have no ties at all with their original countries of origin. The passage from the Freedom Charter 'South Africa belongs to ALL who live in it, black and white' appears to end this discussion. The great fear (of annihilation) amongst the Afrikaner population can explain the growing popularity of the only 'pro-Afrikaner' party in parliament, namely the Freedom Front Plus head by Dr. Pieter Mulder. During its negotiations with the black majority this party managed in 1994 to have a provision added to the constitution of article 235 - self-autonomy - which would allow the Afrikaners to create an autonomous province inside the greater South African Republic. The other Afrikaner party which was recently founded, the Front Nasionaal, as well as the FFplus, are increasingly raising the issue of creating the Afrikaners' own Freestate inside present-day South Africa. Partyleader Mulder writes that his party is actively lobbying at the Forum on Minority Issues at the United Nations drawing attention to the plight of the Afrikaners and the failure of the African National Congress to treat them with equal rights. He also wrote that wanting their own autonomous FreeState inside South Africa has nothing to do with racism or apartheid, but is simply the result of the 'hard reality which the current multi-ethnic society of South Africa presents to Afrikaners. He maintains that their right to autonomy is the only certainty the Afrikaner nation has to assure their rights to their own language, justice system, culture and education is protected inside their own Free State. -- The VVD party in the Netherlands has lodged written questions about the recent political developments in South Africa http://www.dagelijksestandaard.nl/2015/02/die-afrikaner-vryheid/ ---------------------------- TWEET:#SouthAfrica Questions in #Dutch parliament by #liberal #VVD party MP about anti-white #discrimination laws pic.twitter.com/RYl2r7q9rW =======================

Survive: Heidelberg Fausto and Magda Tagliaferri attacked by 3 black gunmen, Lupin Street home Heidelberg (TVL) A neighbour saved the Tagliaferri family from 3 black male gunmen because Mrs Magda Tagliaferri's screams alerted him to the attack. The family fell victim to an aggravated armed robbery at their home in Lupin Street, leaving the father hospitalised and the family traumatised. The incident occurred around 05:15 on February 17, when Fausto Tagliaferri heard his wife (Magda) screaming, where she was about to hang out clothes on the washing line. Upon reaching Magda at the kitchen door, he was overpowered by three armed men, who struck him over the head with a fire-arm. The blow left him stunned and unable to move. The intruders then proceeded to bind Fausto, Magda and their 11 year old daughter's hands behind their backs with cable ties and forced them to lie on the floor. A neighbour heard Magda's scream for help, and looked over the wall. As he called Fausto's name, he saw three intruders in the house and went back inside to alert the police. While holding a weapon to their daughter's head, the robbers demanded cash and other valuables. "I feared they would kill my daughter unless I complied. There was nothing my husband could do, as he was lying on the floor with his head covered in blood", Magda said. The neighbour's call however, alerted the robbers who then grabbed two cell phones and a laptop. They attempted to flee in a white BMW that was parked in front of the house, but according to W/O Madeleine von Wielligh (SAPS Nigel spokesperson) the neighbour, in an attempt to stall the robbers, rammed his Mitsubishi Pajero into their vehicle."One of the robbers fired two shots into the Pajero's driver door, missing the neighbour by centimetres. He jumped out and ran back to his house as they fled the scene", W/O Von Wielligh said. Fausto was admitted to Life Suikerbosrand Clinic in Heidelberg for injuries to the head and was discharged on February 18."This has been a traumatic experience. Our daughter is receiving trauma counselling", Magda told HERAUT."If it wasn't for our neighbour's swift reaction, it could have ended worse." A white BMW was also involved in a robbery in Violet Avenue on January 16 and police are investigating whether the two incidents are linked. A case of aggravated robbery and theft has been opened with no arrests yet been made. source, the Heidelberg Heraut located from https://www.facebook.com/boerekrisisaksie/photos/a.178568022169751.48293.116298045063416/1098932133466664/?type=1&theater

cop accused of breaking law: Heidelberg businessman Alan Selkon: 'cops forced my 12-yo son to drive home' Heidelberg businessman claims police accused him of being intoxicated and forced his 12 year old son to drive his vehicle over 25km home. 24 February 2015 Alan Selkon says police also helped a thief to push his business bakkie, which he reported stolen earlier that evening, back into the garage by the time he returned. Police denies this and say they found the bakkie with its keys in the ignition in front of the business, drove it inside the garage, locked the gate and handed the keys to the owner when he arrived later the evening. They also deny that they forced his 12 year old son to drive him home and said they dropped him, the boy and another adult off at his business at 01:00 in the morning and drove off. According to Selkon, it all started at 18:00 on February 5 when he, his son Sabian and another employee noticed that his business' Toyota Hilux bakkie was missing. He did not know the phone number for Heidelberg Police Station and phoned 10111. The operator told him that they will contact the police and he waited for an hour. He dropped his son off for karate practise and drove to the police station himself where he confronted a police captain in the charge office. According to Selkon, the conversation got heated and the captain told him to get out of the station or be thrown out. Selkon admitted that he was not in a friendly mood when he confronted the officer. He left the station but instead of driving away, went back inside and confronted the captain again. By now the officer told him if he did not leave on his own accord, he will be thrown in jail, thus he left. When he returned at 19:15 to his business, the stolen bakkie was parked in the garage and the gate was locked. He went to fetch his son from karate class and went to the Spur where they stayed untill closing time around 01:00. Selkon could not find his car keys and asked police to take him, Sabian and the other employee back to his business. According to Selkon, the police told him that he was drunk and forced his 12 year old son to drive him home in the Toyota Hilux. Lieutenant Colonel Amanda Viljoen (VISPOL Commander) investigated the allegations and the team on duty that night told her that they received a call from 10111 about a stolen vehicle. When they arrived at the business, they saw the reported stolen bakkie outside the premises with the keys in the ignition. Other employees that was still on the premises told police that the driver working at the business and the owner got into a heated argument before the driver left with the bakkie. However the driver was now nowhere to be seen and the police members decided to park the bakkie in the garage and locked the gate. They phoned 10111 to report that they have found the stolen vehicle and have parked it in a safe place. They also reported that they will leave the vehicle's key at the station. All phone calls are recorded by 10111. On their way back to the police station, they passed Selkon in his own bakkie with the business' logo and realised he was on his way back to the business premises. They went back to the business where they explained the situation to Selkon and handed over the keys of the vehicle. According to the officers they then left the premises. Police received a call at 01:00 from security at the Victorian Centre to remove a man who has lost his car keys. The same policeman who returned the keys to Selkon said he drove Selkon, the 12 year old boy and another man to the business premises. According to the police officer, he realised that Selkon was under the influence but was assured that the other adult will drive them home. Police said they dropped the three off and left. http://www.heidelbergnigelheraut.co.za/article/1931/Businessman-says-police-forced-his-12-year-old-son-to-drive-home

Melissa Simpson, 23 saved mother's life from black knifeman in Centurion: clawing, tearing and attacking the black home-invader who had tried to kill her mother - family suspects the man had been watching their home for a long time... Awaiting more details from Wierdabrug SAPS. ‘n Klagte is by die Wierdabrug-polisiekantoor gelê. http://www.facebook.com/BoereKrisisAksie

Tygerburger, South Africa. A Welgemoed man -- a white faithhealer -- was forced to shoot dead an armed black male who had kicked in the door to his daughter's bedroom and was holding a gun to her head. The armed 'burglar' was shot dead when the dad realized that his security company was not responding to his emergency alarms - they showed up only four hours later. The family is devastated by the traumatic experience during which they survived the attack by two black gunmen. The identity of the dead burglar is unknown. The family also is too terrified to be identified in the news media, but the father is a well-known white faith-healer in the community. ---------------------- http://www.tygerburger.co.za/228866/news-details/dad-who-killed-burglar-sounded-alarm-twice The Welgemoed dad who shot and killed a burglar on Saturday to protect his 17-year-old daughter sounded the alarm to his security company twice during the incident, with no response. The father shot one of two black gunmen who had kicked down his 17-year-old daughter's bedroom door and was holding a gun to her head. One died at the scene, the second man escaped. He told TygerBurger on Monday they pushed their panic button twice during the incident which occurred at around 18:30 on Saturday afternoon, but a patrolman from their security company only arrived about four hours later. “ADT was nowhere to be found when we needed them most,” the man, whose identity is withheld, said. “The alarm definitely went off. There’s no way it could not have been connected to their system, but ADT never pitched. They sent a guy only after 22:00 that evening, when police were still on the scene,” he said. The man lauded police for their swift reaction. “The police arrived here right afterwards and stayed until almost 03:30. They had a counsellor, were sensitive, gentle, efficient. My family and I are deeply grateful for what they did,” the man said. Bellville police Captain Fienie Nimb told TygerBurger the man and his wife were asleep when they heard a loud clanging sound. The home’s bedrooms are at the end of a long hallway, with the couple’s bedroom facing their daughter’s. “One of the suspects was already halfway up the corridor when the father went into his room to fetch his (legally-registered) gun. His daughter had locked her bedroom door. One of the suspects smashed it open and held a gun to her head,” Nimb said She said the broken door was slightly ajar and the father could see his daughter move to his left, so he shot through the door to the right,” she said. White spiritual healer called Khanyatongo - shining Spirit: The father, a white spiritual healer also known as Khanyatongo (“Shining Spirit”), said he was still seething about the incident. “I am so angry. But I need to deal with this. I need to deal with it so I can find compassion in my heart for the man who lost his life.” Neighbours Nicolene and Johan Niemand said they saw two men walking past the house just before 17:00. They told TygerBurger they spotted a white or grey VW Amarok bakkie that seemed out of place. “My dad-in-law was standing outside,” Johan said. “He saw two unknown men on the street corner. One was thin and wearing blue clothing and carrying some sort of stick or pipe. “My wife and I were sleeping when our son came into the room and shouted that the entire road was cordoned off. “The (other) neighbours said they heard the shots being fired. Afterwards we found out the person who was shot had been wearing the same blue clothing as the person my dad-in-law had seen earlier,” Johan said. “Where are we safe? What’s happened to our privacy?” said Nicolene. Rob Dale, Managing Director of ADT Security Western Cape, responded: “We empathise with the family following their experience. No alarm activation signals were received by our monitoring station. “We have been in contact with our client (the father) and offered to test his security system to ensure all hardware is in proper working condition.” By Tuesday the majority of comments on TygerBurger’s Facebook page indicated support for the father. The father said he was unsure of what was to come. “I don’t know if there will be a court case or what the repercussions are going to be, but that is a problem for the future.” Nimb confirmed the identity of the dead burglar was still unknown. http://www.tygerburger.co.za/228866/news-details/dad-who-killed-burglar-sounded-alarm-twice

Richard Bay taxi driver ran into the sea to save himself from three gunmen: On trial: Junior Riaz Robinson (31), Eugene Jeffrey Dunn (25) and Darryl Jeffrey Strydom (28). All are in custody, charged with robbery with aggravating circumstances. ======================== report by Rachelle Breed, Zululand observer, 24 February 2015 08:30 ‘I AM afraid and my whole livelihood has gone with my car. ‘ I am unemployed and can’t provide for my family. We don’t even have food. I look over my shoulder all the time and I still have the bruises of the attack on my body.’ A taxi driver who was violently robbed of his vehicle and escaped his attackers by running into the sea, will tell the Richards Bay Regional Court how the hijacking near the Bay Hall in July last year impacted his entire existence. A Victim Impact Statement will be tendered as part of his evidence in the trial, which commenced on Thursday. Three men robbed him of his Toyota Avanza, but later rolled the car following a high speed police chase. The 29-year-old father agreed to speak to the Zululand Observer on condition that he remain anonymous. While he is relating his story, the tears flow freely. The three men allegedly hired him to pick up a girlfriend near the pool, but later, armed with a gun and a knife, overpowered him and tried to stuff him in the boot of his car. But he managed to escape and started running into the water, phoning a family member who is also a police officer. Cst Sipho Nxumalo, Cst Mbatha and Detective Thusi quickly responded to the scene and gave chase, apprehending all three suspects. But, when the car was recovered, it was a write-off. ‘The vehicle is valued at R120 000, but the damage is R60 000. It was not insured. The car was my income and my provision for my family. ‘I am glad to be alive and I am glad they were caught so quickly, but what they have done to my life cannot just be reversed. I am willing to do anything just to work again,’ said the traumatised victim. ‘I feel completely despondent. I just don’t have that kind of money.’ The accused, Junior Riaz Robinson (31), Eugene Jeffrey Dunn (25) and Darryl Jeffrey Strydom (28) are all in custody, charged with robbery with aggravating circumstances and acting in common purpose to rob the complainant with a knife and a firearm. The trial is presided over by Regional Court Magistrate K Moodley, with Regional Court Prosecutor Active Njakazi appearing for the State. The accused are all represented by Mr Ndlovu. http://zululandobserver.co.za/60292/taxi-driver-says-hijacking-ruined-his-life/

Two ex-CPF volunteers JohanVdSchyff & GustavBotha sue police for damages over false 'murder'arrests: http://www.netwerk24.com/nuus/2015-02-25-sy-dogter-lag-van-skok 60, who was illegally arrested and held in a police cell for 36 days for the 'murder' of an unknown man who had died in a park in Valhalla, wept uncontrollably in the Pretoria high court when he testified how his 21-year-old daughter had burst into hysterical laughter when she saw him under arrest in the police station. -- Reporter: Beeld daily, Jeanne-Marié Versluis Wednesday 25 Februarie 2015 Van der Schyff and fellow-complainant Gustav Botha, 34, were both arrested in 2011 while working as unpaid volunteers for the community-policing forum. They were illegally arrested and claim R750,000 damages for their ordeal. Van der Schyff testified that police arrived at his home on 7 April 2011 at night 'because a man was assaulted'. "I was then a member of the Citizen Policing Forum Sector 1 in the Wierdabrug police station. 'At the police station I was told this unknown man was 'dead in the park across the Spar in Valhalla' but I didn't know who it was.' He was dumped in a police-cell under unsanitary circumstances, he testified and then was moved on 11 April 2011 to a prison, where he was held as a trial-awaiting murder suspect for 36 days. He was released and the charge against him was withdrawn. "My daughter left our house after the incident and hasn't returned to this day,' he testified during his tearful description. "I can't hold it against her. We aren't angry with each other, she comes and visits every once in a while'. The court had to be convened for a while while Mr van der Schyff calmed down. He was supported by his son. Mr Botha was arrested on 30 April 2011 as 'co-defendant' in the same death. He testified that 12 police officers arrived at his home and pushed their guns into his face."En route to the police station they also stopped by the houses of other CPF-members, climbing across their fences and hammering at their doors.' The police told him he was a 'co-defendant in a murder case but the 'charge' was withdrawn later. Botha: "I don't know if I will ever be able to trust any police officer in my life.' He no longer does any community-policing community patrolling. He too testified that his previously trusting relationship with his 13-year-old daughter was destroyed by the illegal arrest 'because the children at school were taunting her about it'. 'My wife is also divorcing me because of this. She told me that after I came out of jail I was no longer the same person'. The case continues. http://www.netwerk24.com/nuus/2015-02-25-sy-dogter-lag-van-skok
