Were SA businessmen Bruce Galloway, Solaiman Rahaman and Altaf Hamad kidnapped by Whites? The Times engages in hatespeech and demonisation of whites - runs a picture of a handcuffed White Man with story http://www.timeslive.co.za/thetimes/2013/07/26/kidnapped-men-found-alive Durban businessman Bruce Galloway, 59, was found yesterday at the bottom of a gorge in Forest Hills, and Mohsin Patel, a businessman from Underberg, was rescued on Tuesday from a Port Shepstone flat in which he had been chained to a bed. But Bangladeshi Solaiman Rahaman, 41, is still missing.Private investigator Brad Nathanson said students at the Bridle Road viewpoint, in Kloof, heard Galloway's cries for help from 20m below them. Galloway said he had been pushed from the viewpoint by his abductors."Bruce complained of sore ribs and a cut next to one of his eyes, as well as an [injury to his] ring finger, sustained when his abductors tried to cut his wedding ring off his finger." He has been taken to Hillcrest Hospital.Police spokesman Colonel Vincent Mdunge said that Galloway's disappearance was unexplained."We will get to the bottom of it when we have an opportunity to question him," he said.Galloway's family had had no contact with him or his kidnappers since his disappearance from his Kloof home at 4am on Tuesday, when he left on a business trip to Eastern Cape. His car, wallet, bank cards, cellphone and iPad were found on the driveway of his home. MOHSIN PATEL REUNITED WITH HIS FAMILY AFTER FAMILY PAYS R100,000 RANSOM TO KIDNAPPERS: Patel was reunited with his family on Tuesday after a 22-day nightmare that began when two men, dressed as policemen, forced him at gunpoint into their vehicle outside a Himeville supermarket. His family paid R100000 of the R1-million ransom demanded by his kidnappers. Police arrested seven (white? the picture of a handcuffed white man seems to indicate this) men in Port Shepstone, and in a Durban flat, in connection with the kidnapping. KwaZulu-Natal Midlands police yesterday said Rahaman's family in Bangladesh had received a ransom demand for R100000. The businessman, who owns a supermarket, was flagged down while driving along a Pietermaritzburg road on July 15 and kidnapped. Police spokesman Lieutenant Joey Jeevan would not confirm that the police were investigating the possibility of a syndicate targeting businessmen for ransom - but she said that a link between the kidnappings could not be ruled out. "The police team that solved the Patel kidnapping is now working on the Rahaman investigation," she said. Still missing: Bangladeshi businessman Altaf Hamad kidnapped, held for 21 days, R600,000 extorted from his family by Bangadeshi criminals In March 2013, Port Elizabeth businessman Altaf Hamad, originally from Bangladesh, was drugged, beaten and held hostage in a tiny, filthy room in a warehouse for 21 days while his kidnappers extorted R600000 from his family. The Port Elizabeth Magistrate's Court heard that another Bangladeshi is believed to be the mastermind behind Hamad's abduction and that a dozen suspects are still at large. http://www.timeslive.co.za/thetimes/2013/07/26/kidnapped-men-found-alive ----------------------
