Julius Malema, barred by two law-suits from singing the genocidal hatespeech song Kill the Boer, kill the Farmer, reportedly on 14 December 2014 eportedly closed the Economic Freedom Front''s annual congress in Bloemfontein by singing the hate-speech song “Dubula I’bhunu” which translates to Kill the Boer.
Dr Greg Stanton of GenocideWatch.Net spoke about the song Kill the Boer at his press conference in Pretoria last month and said that singing the song is inciting the genocide of an entire people - and that 's a crime under international law VIDEO TWO: Dr Greg Stanton of Genocide Watch: the singing of the song Kill the Boer is a call for genocide of an entire people -- and it's a crime

(*The song was TWICE ruled a hatespeech song inciting genocide against the Afrikaner people of South Africa in Two law-courts and Malema had been ordered, by court order, to not sing it in public again!). In order words, the police could arrest him for disobeying TWO official court orders.)
Daniel: "This is black-racism brought down to its lowest level. Now, if I should respond by singing : “Shoot a k@ffer” or some other similar, hateful and inciting song (which I certainly won’t – we have progressed very far past that point) , I would certainly end up behind bars sooner or later for hate speech or racism.
Why then the double standards? If indeed Malema sang the song, why isn’t he behind bars this morning? So I decided to ask the opinion of the majority of black members of the New South African Political Forum here on Facebook.
I have to say that quite a number of members (apparently publicly?) have distanced them from Malema’s actions. But those who supported him are violently extremist in their support. Can we regard this as just another piece of evidence of a possible racial disaster in the making…one which will be at the cost of blood and terror to the Afrikaner/Boer people?

Video: SA: Julius Malema sing his Boer song again at the EFF's 1st National peoples assembly, 14 December 2014. He 'jokingly' changed it to Kiss the Boer but nobody was laughing

... And why was nobody laughing? Because, according to Gregory Stanton of Genocide Watch..." this is not a struggle song, it's a incitement to commit genocide (of the Afrikaner white people)... Its a crime http://t.co/H1UHp0tiq6
